a5c7b9f00b A brilliant billionaire named Carl Durant is experimenting on bull sharks, which soon rebel to cause havoc for a group of scientists. Presumed this was a follow up to the 1999 deep blue sea which I loved. Supposingly this is a remake. One which didn't have any big stars in it or any decent budget. Really disappointing. The Bull shark who'd given birth gave birth to so many babies. Yet they give birth to up to three. Why did they feel it necessary for misty to wear a wetsuit which was low cut. And a scene with misty in her underwear.. for no apparent reason. Sexist low budget rubbish. Poor acting. Waste of 90mins The acting was atrocious all around. I wanted all of the characters to die. The plot had so many holes, the script was likely written by a middle school student, and the set was obviously low budget. I made the mistake of watching it before looking at the IMDB rating. After the torturous hour and a half, I looked on IMDB, saw the 3.2 rating (which is generous), and then saw that the channel "SyFy" had purchased the movie. Oh my, that's worse than straight to DVD. If you are looking for a good shark movie, don't waste your time with this one. The sharks don't really get enough screen time.
